New CEO announced

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Tina Bajec as the new CEO of Interburns. Tina has been a trustee of Interburns since 2019 and brings a wealth of experience, especially in fundraising and organisational development, backed up by a life long commitment to humanitarian causes and global health.

Tina is the daughter of health professionals and her keen interest in burns stems from her childhood; her father is a burn surgeon who established the first dedicated burn service in the Middle East in the 1980’s.

Her appointment could not come at a better time for Interburns as we are able once again to deliver face to face training and plan an exciting programme for improving burn care in low resource settings through training, education and research.
