Standards

The Standards offer:

An agreed framework for burn care provision in low resource settings including human and physical resources, equipment and activities for 3 levels of service.
The knowledge and skills needed at each level and the educational principles underpinning these, so that knowledge translates into action.
A commitment to review and benchmark services to measure the effectiveness of different models training in delivering skills and knowledge according to required Standards.
